A 24-Week Journey of Inner Transformation

A deeply immersive 24-week programme of video lessons, weekly workbooks, and daily practices designed to dissolve limiting beliefs and awaken the full spectrum of your being. Each week you receive a new video lesson with an accompanying workbook and a daily practice to integrate the teaching. Every two weeks you join a live call with Esu, and on alternating weeks a live call with the Community Managers.
